A senior facilitator in multi-stakeholder processes, Marcie has worked as an international civil servant specialising in areas of international concern.

Marcie has managed multi-stakeholder policy change forums in Australia, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda and Sri Lanka on global issues such as environmental sustainability, post conflict situations and participatory governance.

Prior to starting Communications for Development, Marcie was Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Communications at the Commonwealth Foundation and facilitated many high level political meetings as well as grass roots discussions on emerging and established global issues.

Marcie has set up communications departments in national and international organisations and understands how to effectively communicate messages to the multi-stakeholder triangle of government, NGO and private sector.

Her experience of working across all three disciplines means she is considered a key player in facilitating tripartite understanding around international issues.​
